Dr Luke Garcia

Dr. Luke Garcia, D.O.

Meet our treating physician, Dr. Luke Garcia! He is a fellowship-trained interventional pain management physician who completed his education in training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Garcia then completed his internship at Palmetto General Hospital in Miami, Florida, followed by his residency completion in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Nassau University Medical Center in New York. Dr. Garcia completed a one-year interventional pain management fellowship at the Florida Spine Institute in Tampa, Florida.

When you are seeking treatment for high-quality, highly specialized, patient-focused, multidisciplinary pain management, you definitely need a very experienced physician leading and providing your care, and that is precisely what Dr. Garcia provides for every patient here at Four Peaks Pain Center.

Lisa Goeppner, RN & Nursing Director

Meet Lisa, our rockstar registered nurse at Four Peaks Pain Center!

Lisa joined us with 18+ years of clinical experience providing quality patient care in fast paced and demanding environments. She’s the most passionate and thorough nurse we’ve ever met!

First trained as an EMT, then trained in Nursing in Chicago before transferring out to Arizona in 2006, Lisa has extensive experience circulating operating and procedure rooms from large acute hospitals to small private practices.

Lisa assists Dr. Garcia with patients assessments and analyzing treatment needs by reviewing history and diagnostics, as well as formulating and implementing plans of care through direct patient care, education and procedure assistance ensuring patient safety and sterility of the field.

Our patients are so grateful for her expertise!

In her spare time, Lisa is committed to supporting rescue animal care and adoptions, as well as an elaborate relationship with Disney Magic

Dr Eric Pedersen

Eric Pedersen, Radiologic Technologist

Eric was in the Navy for over 10 years, attending two schools for radiology at Naval School of Health Sciences. In 1994 Eric graduated from basic x-ray school in Oakland, CA, and in 1998 he graduated from advanced radiology school in San Diego, CA. After leaving the Navy, Eric attended Grand Canyon University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Medical Imaging in 2012. Eric has 27 years of experience in radiology, working in various imaging modalities. Eric has over 15 years of working in pain management imaging

Heather Mancini

Heather Mancini, Managing Director

Heather moved to Arizona from Michigan 11 years ago. She has a degree as an Ophthalmic Technician and Oculofacial Plastics Surgical Frst Assist. She is also soon to graduate as an Licensed Aesthetician.

Heather’s hobbies include collecting gems and minerals (she is also a gemologist!) She also scuba dives and loves archery. When asked what she would do if she won the lottery, Heather says she would open a large cat animal sanctuary. She also enjoys spending time with her two boys.
